Following CDC recommendations, we are practicing social distancing in our branches and have made the decision to CLOSE our lobbies as of 8am March 20th, in an effort to protect our valued customers, employees, and community members, until further notice.
With our branch lobbies being closed, we don’t want you to worry! Our Drive-Thru lanes will be open and ready to serve you Monday-Saturday with our regular posted hours. Our Lake County Bank Branch will have extended Drive-Thru hours. 8am-6pm, Monday- Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday. Our Grocery Store branches will be closed as well for the time being.
Loan customers, please call your local Valley Bank branch to schedule a one on one meeting with your loan officer.
